Our online retailers have validation periods to ensure that the transaction is not returned or in the case of insurance, that the policy has not been cancelled. As soon as the retailer validates your purchase, we add the Wolves Cash to your Wolves Rewards account immediately. If you would like an update on a pending transaction, please get in touch and we can check the status for you. 

Please note however, that we will not be able to expedite a retailer’s processes so you will not receive the Wolves Cash more quickly by getting in touch.
