Hearing Loop:

  • Induction loop systems are available at the Main Reception, Megastore, and Ticket Office.
  • To use the hearing loop, switch your hearing aid to T mode and let staff know you need it.

British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters:

  • BSL interpreters are available in the Fan Zone, Megastore, and Ticket Office.
  • They wear pink high‑visibility jackets so you can find them easily.
  • You can also contact your nearest steward during the match for support.
  • BSL interpreters can be pre-booked in advance for matchdays.

Ticketing & Accessible Support:

  • Personal Assistant (PA) tickets are available for supporters who need extra help.
  • Support staff in the Ticket Office can assist with booking and any queries.

Food & Drink Assistance:

  • Large-print menus are available at kiosks to help communicate food and drink orders.
  • Stewards are available to assist if you need help ordering.

Hidden Disabilities:

  • Supporters with hidden disabilities can wear a Sunflower Lanyard which the club can provide, to discreetly indicate they may need extra help or understanding from staff.

In addition, important stadium announcements: such as match timings, safety information, or emergency notices, are displayed on the big screens around Molineux to make sure all supporters can stay informed.

We are always looking at ways to improve the matchday experience for deaf and hard-of-hearing supporters.
