If you are attempting to login upon first launch of the app or for video/radio content please ensure you are using your Wolves Account login.
If you are sure you are using the correct email address please check the following:
- There are no rogue spaces before or after your email address, autofill can sometimes add these in.
- There are no rogue spaces before or after your password, autofill can sometimes add these in.
- You are using the correct password (this will be a minimum of eight characters, featuring at least one uppercase letter and one number) – and that autofill doesn’t have an old password saved
- Visit https://login.wolves.co.uk/Auth/ForgotPassword to reset your password if the above does not work.
If you have not logged into any Wolves online platforms since the beginning of 2019 (launch of Wolves Accounts) please create a new Wolves Account by tapping the register button.
