Below is a series of steps to check if you believe your WolvesCash balance is incorrect


- WolvesCash is awarded after the 28-day refund period for merchandise and the day after the event for tickets. Balances will show as pending on these purchases before these periods and will not be available to spend until after the refund period has passed or until the day after an event 


- Supporters can check their remaining balance by logging into their Single Sign-On account at wolves.co.uk. This will show current balance and pending transactions


- If the balance shows transactions but not the expected purchase – check that the purchase is eligible: i.e any merchandise item other than gift cards, or home premier league tickets, away coach travel.


- If there are still issues please contact [email protected] with your Wolves Account and supporter number details.

The Wolves Cash programme will close on the 1st August to be replaced with a new enhanced range of benefits for season ticket holders and members ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, designed to deliver even greater value and reward for the club’s most dedicated supporters.
