To ensure a welcoming environment for everyone, the megastore offers a range of accessibility features:
- Inclusive Hour: We run a dedicated Inclusive Hour designed for supporters with neurodiverse conditions, sensory sensitivities, or other accessibility needs on Sunday 3-4pm. - Accessible Toilets & Changing Facilities: The megastore can sign post you to our accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility for supporters who require additional space or equipment.
- Hearing Assistance: A hearing loop system is available to support supporters with hearing impairments.
- Mobility Access: The store layout is wheelchair-friendly, with wide aisles and easy access to all areas.
- Support Staff: Our trained staff are available to assist with any accessibility needs or questions during your visit.
