If you have logged in to the ticketing website and see an unusual supporter number, it means you have created a new supporter number rather than linking your old number - to unlink this and link your correct number please do the following:
- Sign in to your Wolves Account at login.wolves.co.uk and then head to eticketing.co.uk/wolves
At the top of the page is your name and supporter number – next to this there is an orange ‘Not you?’ link – click that
Click unlink on the pop-up box
You can now link your original supporter number. If you are not prompted to do this head to: https://login.wolves.co.uk/Dashboard/LinkAccount and click ticketing
On the page you are presented with, under the first header ‘Have you purchased tickets previously’ type in the correct supporter number, and the password you previously used for the ticketing website.
If you do not know your previous password please email fanservices@wolves.co.uk with your supporter number (or postcode) and ask for your supporter number password.
