The Billy Wright upper tier has a lift pass scheme in use. The lift is located in the main reception area and a valid pass must be shown to gain entry. Before booking match by match tickets in this area please check availability of a lift pass before booking. To check availability please email fanservices@wolves.co.uk. Supporters applying are asked to provide their supporter number along with the details of why they need to use the lift and the duration they will require access for (game by game or permanently).
Supporters located in the Stan Cullis stand can gain entry to the stadium by using the lift located at the entrance AE1 which is located in between the Stan Cullis stand and ticket office. Supporters will need to have their ticket scanned by a steward before being escorted to the lift. Friends and family are kindly asked to use their normal turnstile to reduce lift queues.
Lift access is not required for the Steve Bull stand upper tier as the turnstiles are located on street level and therefore do not require the use of any stairs to enter the concourse area.
We would like to remind supporters that lift use is subject to being able to exit the stadium using the stairs. In the event of an emergency evacuation lifts will be out of use for all supporters, including wheelchair users. We have a rescue system in place that allows all supporters in wheelchair areas a swift evacuation. We cannot accommodate for over this number. If your mobility affects going down stairs, we do not suggest booking seats in the upper tier.
