Billy Wright Stand Upper Tier:
- A lift pass scheme is in place.
- The lift is located in the main reception area, and a valid lift pass must be shown to use it.
- Before booking tickets, check lift availability by emailing [email protected]
When applying, supporters should provide:
- Their supporter number
- Why they need lift access
- How long they will need it (match-by-match or permanent)
Stan Cullis Stand:
- Supporters can use the lift at entrance AE1 (between the Stan Cullis Stand and the ticket office).
- A steward will scan your ticket and escort you to the lift.
- Friends and family should use the normal turnstiles to help reduce lift queues.
Steve Bull Stand Upper Tier:
- Lift access is not required because the turnstiles are at street level.
Important Safety Information:
- In an emergency evacuation, lifts cannot be used.
- A rescue system is in place to help wheelchair users evacuate safely.
- If you have mobility issues that make stairs difficult, we do not recommend booking seats in the upper tiers.
