How do I withdraw my resale balance to my bank account?

Step 1. Sign in to your account via www.eticketing.co.uk/wolves using the account icon in the top right corner of the page.

Step 2. Click/tap the account icon and select ‘VIEW ACCOUNT MENU’

Step 3. Click/tap ‘MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT’

Step 4. Click/tap ‘Resale Refunds’

Step 5. Your account balance will now be displayed. To withdraw this balance complete the boxes titled: Name of Account Holder, Bank/Building Society, Sort Code, Account Number.

Then click/tap ‘TRANSFER FUNDS’
