The club has been working on the safest, fairest and most flexible way possible to allow season ticket holders access to watch games at Molineux once the stadium reopens to supporters in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

With Molineux certain to operate with a reduced capacity once supporters are allowed back inside the stadium, a decision has been made to pause season tickets until full capacity resumes, and offer tickets on a match-by-match basis while there is still uncertainty surrounding spectators at sporting events.

Unlike other Premier League clubs, Wolves will not be asking supporters to pay for a full season ticket up front when they will not have access to every home league game, and will instead be offering 2019/20 season ticket holders the chance to buy tickets on a match-by-match basis, when they feel safe, ready and comfortable to attend.

Loyalty points and purchasing history will remain unaffected while the stadium is not at full capacity, making sure season ticket holders who are medically shielding, or uncomfortable about returning to Molineux due to the ongoing pandemic, are not penalised. Season ticket credits from the 2019/20 season will also be held until season tickets are once again available to fans.

Season ticket holders that were unable to attend the remaining four home league fixtures of the 2019/20 season, will be issued pro-rata credit towards their 2020/21 season ticket.

This credit will be automatically applied at renewal, so supporters will not need to take any proactive measures to ensure that this happens.

The Molineux Ticket Office is closed from Sunday 15th March until further notice - however online and phone queries will still be serviced via or 0371 222 1877, between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
