Upon first login to the ticketing website you will see a page asking you to enter your supporter number and previous online ticketing password or fill in details to create a new account.


I don’t know my previous password/not logged in before

If you have previously purchased tickets with Wolves please enter your supporter number and password in the first two fields and click ‘Login’. If you do not know your supporter number or have never logged in online before please contact wolvesaccount@wolves.co.uk with your postcode and they will be able to reset this for you.


Supporter number password not known

If you do know your supporter number but not your previous password please click the reset password link.


Error message stating supporter number already linked

If you enter your supporter number and password and receive an error message stating that this number is already linked to another email address, this indicates that you have previously linked your account to another email address. Please visit https://login.wolves.co.uk/Dashboard/Logout log out, and then attempt to log in with another of your email addresses.

Should this not work please contact wolvesaccount@wolves.co.uk with your supporter number, who will then be able to advise what email address you have linked this number to.


Error message when creating a new account stating an account already exists

If you try to fill in the fields for a new account and receive a message stating that an account already exists this indicates that you have previously purchased tickets. To find your supporter number and get your password reset please contact wolvesaccount@wolves.co.uk with your postcode. They will then reset your password to allow you to fill in the first two fields for supporter number and previous online ticketing password.
