We believe communication is a key factor in delivering what we want to achieve whether that is by making sure fans are updated with the latest news and information or by giving fans instant access to information that they may find useful with the Wolves Help online helpdesk. The aim of the Wolves Help helpdesk is to give fans an instant answer to any queries they may have. We constantly evaluate common queries to ensure an answer is readily available so supporters can get instant response rather than having to contact us directly.
On occasions where an answer is not provided for your query within the helpdesk or if you would like to get in touch to give us feedback of your Wolves experience please send us your enquiry via the Wolves Help online helpdesk or email firstname.lastname@example.org where we aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours.
The Wolves Help team operate between 9-5 Monday to Friday and up until kick off on match days. On special occasions such as the season ticket renewals deadline, Wolves Help will operate out of hours. Supporters will be advised of these occasions in advance.
